说明：

如果Windows系统服务没有开启，将导致不能安装扫描仪 或 电脑无法进行图像扫描操作。

操作步骤：

1、鼠标右键点击电脑桌面的[计算机]图标 → 选择[管理]

2、请开启以下系统服务

   Plug and Play

   PnP-X IP Enumerator（仅Win7系统）

   Shell Hardware Detection

   Windows Image Acquisition

鼠标左键点击[服务和应用程序] → [服务] → 双击[Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)]服务。（以WIA服务为例）

3、启动类型设为:自动；点击[启动]

  点击[确定]

4、重新启动电脑系统，然后再安装Brother打印设备驱动程序。
